Introduction
Trinidad Contractors Limited, established in 1959, is a pioneering company specializing in Precast Concrete Structures, Port and Marine Services, Sea Defence, Construction, Real Estate Development, Civil Works, Asphalting, Road Works and Agricultural Access Roads. Built on a strong legacy foundation of innovation, integrity, and quality, we continue to innovate by expanding developments in the Public, Private and Energy Sectors throughout the Caribbean Region.
With our Design-Finance-Construct delivery capabilities we can take the reins on the majority of the design work, the financing for all or a portion of the project, as well as all construction activities. This enables us to provide a turnkey solution to our clients if required.
Our parent company, Tredco Limited brings over thirty (30) years of expertise in international Real Estate Development and Management to the Trinidad Contractors Limited portfolio.
