Located close to key highways and major commercial and industrial areas, including the Point Lisas Industrial Estate, the facility supports both onshore and offshore operations. It features a 90-metre quay wall, berthing capacity for five vessels and more than 30 acres of laydown space, with further expansion planned.

The facility serves as a key hub for asphalt and aggregate import and export, with the equipment and expertise to mobilize quickly when projects demand it. Trucks, dumpers, excavators and field teams can be deployed to job sites at short notice, while vessel repair and servicing can be handled in-house or arranged for clients.
